Questions to be answered for CPD

Purchasers of Legal Web 2008/2009 - Topics of Modern Legal Practice who wish to earn 5 CPD points should complete and submit the form below to me (Delia Venables) once they have read the material.

I will normally reply to you within 2 working days. However, occasionally there are computer problems or I am even on holiday! If you wish to check on the latest situation with respect to possible problems or delays, please see The Problems Page.

After you have completed the course and the questions below, you can also complete a course evaluation form if you wish to give us your comments.

Note that these questions are not on substantive issues of the law but are straightforward questions about the topics and sites described in the course and are designed to show that you have read the material, visited the principle sites described and considered the issues involved.

We will change the questions from time to time, so make sure that you are accessing the most recent set of questions when you come to take the test. The last changes to these questions were made on November 2nd 2008.

There are 10 questions below, and there are 2 questions for each of the 5 chapters of the course. Do not worry about the precise style or format of the answers - the questions will be marked by a human being (i.e. me) not a machine! However, do not hit "Return" or "Tab" in the middle of one of your answers, since the system then assumes that you have finished answering that question. The answers can be short - one or two short sentences please, not an essay. Please note that you have to complete and submit the test in one session - you cannot save the answers and then come back to them on another occasion.
