Red Monkey Software support and deliver the Solledger accounts and time recording
package for solicitors, which has developed over 25 years to become a mature and modern system.
The latest version (version 5) has been completely rewritten to take advantage of open source tools which do
not incur any third party licence costs. The result is an advanced, powerful and economical system that will
run on all common platforms thus protecting the user's investment for the future.
Solledger maintains accounts in a clear way while complying with Solicitors Accounts rules and providing
output that is readily understandable to cashiers and fee earners alike.
RedMonkey Software is developing a case management system – Monkey Case – which consists of a core module
for document management, integrating word processing, e-mails and SMS documents and linked to a client/matter
database. The initial stage is for generalised case management where the emphasis is on individual documents.
In development are specialist modules for conveyancing and probate that require both forms and accounting capabilities.
RILIANCE is a web based risk & compliance system for the legal
market. Its primary aim is to ensure all firms that have to comply with the new and existing SRA regulations have a
system in place that instils a robust risk & compliance structure to the firms day to day operations and potentially
will reduce the firms Professional Indemnity premiums.
The software is easy to set up and is easy to use. It has user friendly input screens and helpful guides are included.
It produces standard letters and forms, provides reminders via email and account messaging which will ensure you
are on top of all your Risk & Compliance requirements. The software is hosted by Riliance (it is a cloud based product)
and is charged as a simple monthly fee.
