Linetime, established in 1983, is dedicated to the supply and support of high-quality, high-functionality IT solutions for the legal profession. Their integrated software system, Liberate, is based on a single Microsoft SQLServer database and contains, at it's core, a fully-SAR compliant (including Legal Services Commission Billing) Practice Accounting system and a highly-flexible Case Management system. For users who wish to work outside of the confines of a workflow-driven case management system Linetime offer Liberate Express. Liberate Express is a file/document/matter management system that offers users many of the benefits of case management with a familiar Microsoft Outlook 'look and feel'. The Liberate portfolio also includes the widely-used debt recovery software DebtimeSQL, Liberate Contact Marketing and newly-launched Liberate B2C, a sophisticated client web access portal (see below for a bit more on this). Liberate also has an (optional) user access portal and performance monitoring tool, MyView.NET, through which practice/team/individual performance information can be displayed in graphical, tabular and/or KPI format. The Liberate suite also includes ImageRouter.NET, a product designed to automate the secure and controlled distribution of scanned documents and images. Liberate is available for installation as either a practice-wide integrated solution or as a series of 'stand-alone' departmental solutions. IT solutions from Linetime include training and ongoing software support. Technical services include project management, hardware and software installation, data conversion and network consultancy/configuration.
Extra information.... Liberate B2C allows clients to review current case and matter details, create new cases and matters and exchange instructions. Via a secure Internet connection, Liberate B2C users are able to submit and receive instructions and review individual cases and matters. Individual private clients are allowed to view their own case and matter details whilst the Partner Zone allows "bulk referrers" to view details of all of their client's transactions. The software links particularly well with Linetime's Debt Recovery system DebtimeSQL so that clients can enter new cases online and the software allows debtors to make secure credit and debit card payments online. A full audit-trail of all transactions is maintained.
