Hampden Chambers is an organisation offering
a wide variety of services for solicitors.
They can provide offices, either permanently or on a "hot desk" basis, meeting rooms, telephone &
video conferences, secretarial services, IT support, accountancy and reporting, tax, insurance,
website and marketing. These services could be of particular use to virtual firms or to current
firms wishing to reduce their overheads and operate as "hybrid" firm.
LawGroup UK is a membership organisation with member
offices in England, Scotland and Wales. They are the leading provider of services to solicitors’
practices throughout the United Kingdom.
Member firms gain access to networking opportunities, best practice Consultancy and Practice performance
benchmarking, Law Society-accredited CPD training, marketing support and the ability to participate
in group-wide purchasing schemes.
The core strength of LawGroup is in helping firms to flourish by assisting them continually
to improve the performance of their businesses through the gaining and sharing of knowledge and experiences.
This year marks the 21st anniversary of the launch of LawGroup.
LawNet is the UK and Ireland's leading group of law firms,
with around 60 firms.
LawNet member firms receive significantly reduced Professional Indemnity premiums, substantial marketing,
training and quality assurance support, and best practice forums. There is also
Lawnet Solicitors, for people looking for a solicitor,
providing access to 2,000 solicitors in the Lawnet group of firms.
The website provides free information designed to answer commonly asked legal questions,
and to help visitors to decide if they need to appoint a solicitor.
The site covers both consumer and business legal issues.
The National Solicitors Network
(TNSN) was formed in 1991 to create a national panel of legal firms with the aim of providing the
public with quality legal expertise at a reasonable price. They are now the largest legal network in the
UK with over 250 member firms (over 400 offices) covering England, Scotland and Wales.
Every member of the Network is quality vetted and subject to annual appraisals.
They represent firms of every size; from sole practitioners to solicitors' firms of over 50 partners.
The Solicitors Group is the UK's largest
collection of law firms and organisers of the profession's leading exhibitions and training congress.
They hold three annual events, two at the Olympia Conference Centre London and one at the Gallery
at the NEC, Birmingham. Members are entitled to a very competitive price when they book 3 or more delegates.
They also arrange Professional Indemnity Insurance on excellent terms, share marketing skills, operate
a referral network and provide a preferred suppliers group (with discounts on the services provided).
Totem Media are online marketing specialists for the legal sector,
offering professional marketing solutions to law firms across the UK. They offer web based marketing services including new
business development and lead generation, website design (including changes to existing websites) as well as paid search
advertising (PPC). They have over 20 years combined experience in online media.
