set up a version of the virtual law firm model. They have set up a network of established solicitors
who have worked in some of the most prestigious and specialist law firms in Ireland.
Access Law does their admin, marketing, compliance etc. from the head office leaving the individual lawyers
to get on with the legal work from satellite offices.
Global-Wills.com is run by a professional will writing company
based in Ireland.
The site enables a user to create an Irish will online from 40 euros (and other countries' wills to come).
There is also a useful FAQ section, a glossar, and information on Inheritance Tax in different countries.
Michael D. Cunningham & Co. - Galway provides a special site
www.legalprecedents.ie. This provides free precedent sets of documents
and letters to complete legal transactions, procedures for various areas of legal transactions and property notes.
Net Lawman Ireland provides online Irish business
documents, legal agreements and legal forms. They also provide legal advice and
legal documents drafting services.
