My ISP, Easynet (one of the largest in the country) is still suffering a
major "outage" on its email services (this has been going on for over a week).
Some emails sent to me last week (the week of 25th Feb) have not arrived yet
although others have arrived straight away (there seems to be something of the last-in first-out principle operating).
If you have sent me answers to questions over the last week and have not heard from me, that is probably the reason
since I am responding very quickly to everything I receive.
I am not sure what to suggest really. If you are desperate, you could print out the answers and fax
them to me (same phone number, 01273 472424) but if you are not desperate, I suggest that you continue to wait
for a few days.
I am really sorry about this.
I will in any case put the date you sent me the answers (which does show on the email) onto my reply to you.
