Scottish Online Services
A Series of Articles Compiled by Delia Venables
Devolution has not made anything easier for the Scottish lawyer who now has to
work out how UK legislation and Scottish legislation fit together as well as where
to go for the corresponding case law. The legal publishers have tried to provide
what the lawyers will want and have developed various Scottish research services
in addition to their “main” UK ones.
It became apparent to me, as I considered how best to cover the Scottish services
for this newsletter, that it would be very difficult to get a single view which covered
all aspects of these services satisfactorily. Consequently, I have put together a
series of articles which I hope will provide a good understanding of what is
available.

- A review of the service by John Craske, from Dundas & Wilson
- Westlaw UK
